A Supportive Space for Grief, Healing, and Gentle Reconnection
Grief support, yoga, and energy-based healing in Albany NY, for when life feels heavy and you don’t want to carry it alone.
If You’re Here, Something Inside You Is Asking for Support
You may not have the words for it.
You may not even call it grief.
But something feels tender. Heavy. Unsettled.
Maybe you’ve experienced a loss.
Maybe life has shifted in ways you didn’t choose.
Maybe you’re holding everything together for everyone else, and it’s starting to show in your body.
This is a place where you don’t have to explain, perform, or push through.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Support That Meets You in the Body, Not Just the Mind
Grief and stress don’t live only in your thoughts.
They live in your nervous system, your breath, your muscles, your fatigue.
Healing Energy of Yoga offers body-based support that helps you:
soften tension
regulate your nervous system
process emotion safely
reconnect with steadiness and calm
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is forced.
You move at your own pace, with care and guidance.

Meet Kelley Apple
Held by Someone Who Understands the Weight of Seasons of Grief.
I know how heavy these seasons can feel.
When grief, stress, or change moves through your life, it doesn’t stay in your thoughts. It settles into your body, your breath, your nervous system. It can make even simple days feel exhausting.
My name is Kelley. I offer grief-informed yoga and healing support for people who are moving through loss, transition, addiction recovery, or emotional overwhelm. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, but from feeling safe enough to soften.
When you come into a class or session with me, nothing is forced and nothing is rushed. We move gently, with respect for your body and your pace. Some days that may look like quiet movement and breath. Other days it may look like stillness and rest.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear story to be here. You don’t need to explain your grief or justify your need for support.
I’m here to hold space with steadiness, compassion, and care so your body can begin to settle and your system can find a sense of ease again.
Client Experiences

The grief yoga session with Kelley was a unique and transformative experience. She guided me through releasing emotions in a way that felt both supportive and healing. The next day, I woke up feeling mentally and physically refreshed. I will be taking another class again.

I noticed in my late 50s to early 60s I was having problems with mobility and walking around like an old man was affecting my life style. I decided to attend a mini Yoga session with Kelley Apple, who helped me develop a reference point and a path to follow. That one 20 minute, gentle yoga session really left an impact on me. I felt really great afterwards and it made me want to pursue this type of activity. Kelley paid attention to the fact that I was in my 60s, modified what we were doing so I could handle the activity and made sure that each step gave me more confidence to try a little harder. This is the path for me, it may be the path for you.
